Choosing a database to work with
After training or a trial run, decide whether the saved products and documents are needed in the main database. If the product catalog is already prepared, check it before starting actual accounting. Clearing test activity or creating a new database changes history and stock balances, so first make a backup and agree on the required outcome with the person responsible for accounting.
Moving to the work computer
Before moving the database, check the program version, its location, and access from other workstations. After the move, verify products, stock balances, users, and login access. The old webinar shows the preparation principle; carry out specific installation and migration steps using the current instructions and a backup.
