Connecting the equipment
The video shows an older example of connecting an Exellio FP-280 fiscal printer to a computer. For your specific device, check the cable, power supply, driver, and port according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After connecting it, make sure the operating system detects the device and that you can select it in the relevant Torgsoft settings.
Checks before use
Before making sales, check communication with the fiscal printer and the print settings using a test scenario permitted for this equipment. The steps in the video apply to an older version of Windows and a specific model; they do not confirm compatibility with current equipment or drivers. Configure fiscal settings according to the current documentation for your model.
