This video is from 2014. The program design has changed considerably, and more features have been added. However, the operating principles of many modes remain the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.
Paper and connection
Printing labels and receipts requires different media formats and documents in the program. Before use, check the roll width, supported paper type, and HPRT LPQ58 driver installation. The 2014 video shows the equipment and how to use it with an earlier version of the workstation.
Test documents
Select the printer and the required template in Torgsoft, print a label sample, and check the barcode with a scanner. For a receipt, verify the width, margins, and that all text is present. If the manufacturer no longer supports the device, base your choice on current driver compatibility and the store’s actual requirements, rather than on the old model shown in the video.
