This video is from 2014. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or remains very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.
Preparing the printer
Labels and receipts require the appropriate media and print templates. Before use, check the roll width, feed method, and HPRT LPQ58 driver installation. After changing the label format, check calibration so the printer correctly detects the start of each label. The video shows a specific model in its 2014 hardware version.
Checking the printout
In Torgsoft, select the device and document template, print a test label, and check the barcode with a scanner. Print a receipt separately and check the fields, price, and whether all text is present. Check the manufacturer’s documentation for a current driver and compatibility of this older model with your computer, and follow the current Torgsoft instructions for the printing process.
