Data for import
Check the product list, quantity, weight, and units of measure on the supplier’s invoice. For jewelry, it is important not to confuse the number of items with their weight. Before importing, match the file columns to the Torgsoft fields and check the conversion factors between units of measure.
Check the result
First, try the settings on a small invoice. After importing, compare the weight, quantity, and purchase price of several items with the original document. The 2015 video shows the feature being introduced in an older version; field names and the import sequence may differ in the current version.
