This video is from 2013. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or is very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.

Product flow from receipt to sale

Goods arrive with a goods receipt invoice and receive a product card with characteristics and, if needed, a barcode and label. Sales, returns and transfers between locations change the recorded stock levels. For size-based goods, it is important to track each model and size separately so reports show the actual stock of each variant.

Discounts and stock checks

A discount can be linked to a product, a customer or promotion terms. Before launching it, check how it works in a test sale and see how it affects the price. An inventory count helps compare recorded stock with actual stock, while sales and supplier reports show which products need attention. The video provides an overview of these connected processes.
