Product directory and prices
Before entering products in bulk, define product types, attributes, and naming rules. In the purchase invoice, select the supplier and accounting center, then enter the quantity and purchase price. If you apply a markup to the entire delivery, check the result on several products with different costs. For products with sizes, check each variant separately. This preparation helps the sales assistant find an item quickly and the owner analyze stock.
Label and sale
Select a label template and check the barcode, name, price, and size on a test print. After posting the goods, make a test sale and check how the stock balance and cash register have changed. If goods are transferred to another location, record this with a separate transfer document.
