Connection
The mobile device works with the Torgsoft database through configured access. Before starting, check that the current app version is compatible, and verify the network, user permissions, and required license. Do not share your work login with other employees: separate accounts help control access and actions.
Working away from the checkout
The app can help you view products and stock levels and carry out the operations available to your role from a smartphone. Check how data changes in the main database using a test product. The 2018 video shows an older release of the mobile app; the current screens and connection requirements depend on its present version.
