Set up the sender
Integration requires an active add-on, an internet connection and a valid API key from your Nova Poshta account. In Torgsoft settings, create a sender, add an address and check the details that will be used in the AWB. Do not share the access key with employees unless necessary, and renew it if it has expired.
AWB and shipment status
When processing an order, check the recipient, phone number, city, branch, payment method and parcel details. After creating the AWB, you can print it and track the status in Torgsoft. If the details come from an online store, check them before dispatch: changes to Nova Poshta’s terms and interface may have made some screens shown in the 2018 video outdated.
