Pay and Bonuses by Position

21.07.2016 00:00

This video is from 2016. The program's design has changed considerably, and it has more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or is very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.

Base pay

For a position, you can set pay per day, per hours worked, or according to another schedule rule. The terms should match how employees register their shifts. After choosing a pay rate, check one day as an example to make sure the program has counted the shift and hours correctly.

Bonuses and additional payments

Different bonus methods are used for an individual salesperson and a team: a percentage of sales, a team share, or an extra payment based on the product type or price. If the store tracks individual sales within a team, make sure each sale is linked to the specific employee. Check each item on the pay slip before making payment.
