Shipment details
The integration requires the relevant option to be enabled, access to the Ukrposhta service, and correctly completed sender details. Before creating a waybill, check the recipient, phone number, address, delivery type, weight, and parcel dimensions. The order details and postal waybill must match.
Waybill and tracking
Create a Ukrposhta waybill in the linked Torgsoft document, print the label, and check the assigned number. After handing over the shipment, track its status in the program. The 2020 video shows old screens; check current shipment types, access requirements, and carrier terms in the current instructions.
