Catalog for the Buyer
The electronic catalog lets a wholesale customer browse selected products and place orders independently. In Torgsoft, specify which items to display, and check their names, photos, prices, and availability. The catalog should contain products that you are prepared to sell through this channel.
Order Processing
When an order arrives, check the customer, quantities, and item availability. Then issue an invoice or another document using your usual sales process, and agree on payment and shipping. The video shows how an older version of the catalog worked; check the exchange method and whether the option is available in your current configuration before setting it up.
