Photo in a product card
A photo helps you find the right item faster among similar names and specifications. Add an image to the product card and check that it matches the specific item code. If there is no image, a thumbnail will not appear in the document list.
Viewing photos in documents
You can view thumbnails when receiving goods, checking incoming invoices, revaluing items, and writing them off from stock. Click the small image to enlarge it, if the current window supports this. The old video shows the feature being introduced in an early version of the program; the photo’s location may be different in the current interface.
