Process sheet
Create a process sheet for the product listing materials, usage rates, and operations. Track raw materials and finished goods at their respective accounting centers so you can see their stock separately. Before starting a batch, check the material units of measure, available quantities, and the sheet contents: these details affect write-offs and cost price.
Production and checks
As work proceeds, record completed operations in a production act and monitor material usage. Once production is complete, the finished product should appear in warehouse records; compare its quantity and cost price with the batch actually produced. The 2013 video shows earlier screens, so use current instructions for present-day production planning and documents.
