This video is from 2015. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or is very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.

When to change the price

If a supplier changes a product’s purchase price, first check the documents, quantity, and price in your records. The old video shows a scenario in which the product is returned to the supplier and received again at the new price. Use this only when the return and new receipt match the actual documents.

Check after receipt

In the new incoming invoice, check the purchase price, currency, quantity, and retail price. After posting the document, check the stock balance and product cost. If only the price changes and there is no stock movement, choose the appropriate adjustment under your current accounting process.
