This video is from 2021. The program design has changed considerably, and more features are available. However, many operating principles have stayed the same or are very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
Configure messages
The video shows a message template with a link to the fiscal receipt, receipt number and sale details. To send messages in Torgsoft, configure the relevant additional feature, message delivery service and template for the selected channel. Check that the receipt link appears in the message and opens for the customer.
Send the receipt to the customer
When making a sale in the «Реалізація» mode or using an invoice, the program can use the customer's contact details or prompt you to enter a phone number or email address. Before sending, check that the contact details are correct, the receipt has been fiscalized and the delivery channel is configured. Service terms and templates differ for Viber, SMS and email.
Check paper printing
Electronic delivery and paper receipt printing are configured separately. The current version of Torgsoft has an option to skip printing a paper receipt after electronic delivery. Before using it, check a test sale, receipt of the message and availability of the fiscal receipt via the link. Refer to the current instructions, as the menus and external service may have changed since 2021.
