This video is from 2018. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or remains very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
Mobile workstation
A portable printer is useful wherever receipts are printed away from a fixed checkout. Before use, check the battery charge, receipt paper width, and how it connects to the seller’s device. The video shows a Rongta RPP200 with several connection options; the availability of each depends on the specific configuration and current drivers.
Test print
Set up the printer in the app or at the workstation you will use to print the document. Print a test receipt and check its width, text readability, line breaks, and connection stability at the actual working distance. The 2018 video does not confirm that the old model is compatible with all current phones and software versions.
