Invoices and Customer Service
The webinar demonstrates selling with an issued invoice, adding a product photo to a document, and working with a currency equivalent. Before dispatch, check the invoice contents, actual quantity, payment, and the customer’s outstanding balance. Set debt or sales limits according to the employee’s role and your store’s rules.
Products and Prices
The recording also mentions searching for a product by an additional barcode, photos for a size range, supplier import settings, and rounding when changing a price. First test settings that affect a large group of products on a few items; after repricing, check the prices at the checkout. The 2014 video covers various features of an older version, so check the documentation for the relevant mode for current commands.
