This video is from 2019. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been exclusively in Ukrainian.
Preparing the equipment
Make sure your scale model is supported by Torgsoft, connect it to the computer, and install the required driver. If using a USB adapter, check the COM port number in the system. In the program, open the scale settings, select the model, and specify the connection port.
Selling goods by weight
In the product card, mark the item as sold by weight. During a sale, the program will receive the weight from the scale and calculate the amount based on the product price. Perform a test weighing and sale to check the unit of measure and the result on the receipt. The old 2019 lesson shows one scale model; see the instructions for your equipment for the settings of other models and current drivers.
