This video is from 2018. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or remains very similar. We are updating our knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available exclusively in Ukrainian.
What the devices do
The scanner reads a barcode and helps find a product in the program, while the printer prints a document after a sale is processed. The video looks at a wired Nteumm scanner and an OCPP-585 receipt printer in a small-shop setting. Before connecting them, check the interfaces, receipt paper width and whether drivers are available for your computer.
Check at the checkout
Run a test sale: scan a product, check its name and price, then print a receipt and make sure it is legible. Separately, determine which document must be printed under the current rules for your retail business. The models and setup steps shown in the 2018 video may differ from the equipment available today.
