Connecting a scanner
Before use, check the cable or wireless connection, the data transfer mode, and whether the scanner can read several test codes. The scanner should send the code to the selected Torgsoft field without extra characters. For products without a manufacturer code, create a label in the program and make sure your device can read it after printing.
Daily operations
Scan items when receiving and selling them, but verify the quantity, price, and selected warehouse separately. A discount card code can help find a customer if the card is configured in the system. The 2013 video shows an earlier interface; check the current instructions for the latest setup procedure and available operations.
