This video dates from 2014. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has gained more features. However, how many modes work has stayed the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.

Rights for Each Role

Give employees access only to the actions and data they need for their work. Role settings define access to products, documents, prices, accounting centers, and settlement accounts. Before assigning rights, check the role with a separate user: a seller should be able to perform daily tasks without seeing confidential information they do not need.

Stocktaking and Transaction Review

You can allow a seller to take part in stocktaking without granting access to all store settings. Separately monitor removal of products from sales and transactions involving zero or negative stock. Use the activity log and reports to check who made changes and when. The video explains access rights using the old interface; item names may differ in the current version.
