This video is from 2015. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has gained more features. However, the operating principles of many modes have stayed the same or remain very similar. We are updating our knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.

Role and individual permissions

In the “Settings — Users” menu, create a separate account for each employee. Assign a role based on their work, then check their individual permissions and restrictions. A role determines access to program features and information; a salesperson usually needs access to sales and product viewing, but not to system-wide settings. Separately check access to purchase prices, revenue reports, the cash register, and settlement accounts.

Permissions for specific actions

Set permissions for manually selecting a product or customer, changing prices, cancelling an item in a sale, viewing zero stock, transfers, and inventory according to the employee’s actual duties. Being able to view a size’s availability at another store does not mean the user needs permission to transfer the product. After configuring permissions, sign in with a test account and check the required work scenarios. The names of the switches in the old video may differ from those in the current interface.
