From delivery to shelf
Using a stationery store as an example, the webinar shows how to create a goods receipt, add a supplier, and record incoming goods with a barcode scanner. Items can be distributed among stores, grouped by type and manufacturer, and custom labels can be printed for goods without a factory code. If a set contains several items, define its composition and accounting before starting sales.
Sales and customer service
During a sale, items are found by barcode or article number. An additional barcode can be added to an item, and the required quantity can be reserved in the warehouse. The webinar also demonstrates a manual discount, use of a discount card, cashless payment, and a return using the code on the receipt. Before completing the transaction, check the receipt contents, amount, and payment method.
Warehouse, supplier, and reports
Separate sections cover returning goods to a supplier, recording additional expenses on an invoice, ordering a new batch, and transferring goods between stores. The inventory and cash register reports help check the movement of goods and money. The video was recorded using an older version of Torgsoft: button names and locations may differ, but the document sequence remains useful for understanding inventory accounting.
