Wholesale Customer and Pricing
In Torgsoft, you can handle retail, wholesale, and mixed sales. Save a customer record for a wholesale buyer and set the pricing rules: a separate price, a discount, or a wholesale pricing policy based on quantity. Before processing the order, check which price was applied to each item and whether it matches the agreement with the buyer.
From Invoice to Dispatch
In the trade mode with invoice issuance, assemble the order, reserve the goods if needed, and send the invoice to the customer. After payment or under the agreed terms, prepare the goods issue note. Reconcile partial payments, dispatched quantities, and stock balances so the documents reflect the actual movement of goods. The video shows the general sequence for a wholesale sale.
