This video is from 2016. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it has more features. However, the operating principle of many modes remains the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.
Print modes
The video shows how to use the Xprinter XP-233B for labels and receipt paper. Before changing the media, check its type and width, as well as the feed mode in the printer settings. For labels, the template must match their actual size; for receipts, use the correct print format.
Test run
After installing the driver, select the device in the required Torgsoft mode and print a test document. Check that the text is not cut off, the barcode is readable, and no labels are skipped. The 2016 video shows a specific model; check current hardware and driver support separately.
