The Xprinter XP-365B can print receipts and product labels. Calibration is needed so the printer can detect the label boundaries on the loaded roll and feed the media the correct length. The video shows the procedure for this model; before starting, check that the roll is loaded straight and is suitable for the selected print mode.
Checking label feeding
After calibration, print a test label and check the position of the text and barcode. If the label is shifted, check the size in the Torgsoft template and the printer driver settings. The combination of roll format, template, and device settings determines the print result.
