The Torgsoft 2.0 mobile app lets you accept contactless payments through Terminal by mono. You need a compatible smartphone with NFC and acquiring enabled by your bank. The customer taps a card or phone on your smartphone, so you do not need a separate POS terminal for these payments.
How do you connect Terminal by mono to Torgsoft?
Configure the integration in the Torgsoft mobile app:

On the home screen, open «Налаштування користувача» (User settings) → «Налаштування» (Settings) → «Термінал "Моно"» (Terminal "Mono"). This path is described in the Torgsoft instructions.

Enter the API key, login (phone number), and payment terminal ID. Use the integration details provided by your bank.
- After filling in all fields, tap «Налаштувати термінал» (Configure terminal).

Open the sale and refund settings. In the «Термінал» (Terminal) drop-down list, select «Моно» (Mono), then tap «Застосувати» (Apply).

After connecting, the sale or refund payment form will show the «Використовувати зв'язок із банківським терміналом» (Use connection to bank terminal) toggle. It is enabled by default.
The integration with mono's mobile terminal supports iOS and Android. Use a compatible smartphone and app versions that meet the bank's requirements.
*Terminal by mono can be used on its own to accept payments, without Torgsoft. tapXPhone is used in the bank's Android flow and does not require Torgsoft to work. The automated connection between the mono terminal and Torgsoft accounting is configured through the Torgsoft mobile app. If you work only in the desktop program without this integration, process the payment separately in the bank app and record the sale as a cashless payment in Torgsoft.
What the mono terminal integration with Torgsoft offers
Accept payments on the go — process sales and accept contactless payments from your smartphone in the store or during delivery.
Different ways to accept payments — customers can tap a contactless card or phone on your smartphone. mono also offers payment by QR code and payment links. The fact that the bank offers these methods does not mean that each one supports automatic data exchange with Torgsoft.
Save on equipment — you do not need to buy or rent a separate POS terminal to accept contactless payments with a compatible smartphone.
Secure transactions — payments are processed through monobank's payment solution.
Integration with the Torgsoft accounting system — sales payments made through the configured terminal connection are automatically recorded in Torgsoft. Other bank payments need to be entered separately or imported using the bank statements option.
Additional financial accounting features in Torgsoft
If you accept payments for goods or services into a bank account, you can enable the separate «Виписки за банківськими рахунками» (Bank account statements) option in Torgsoft. It lets you:
✅ Automatically import customer payments into Torgsoft accounting.
✅ Match payments to invoices and track who paid and what they paid for.
✅ Track incoming and outgoing funds in the account.
✅ Delegate payment monitoring to employees without sharing passwords for the monobank online banking account.
The Torgsoft 2.0 mobile app is compatible only with Torgsoft 2026, as stated in the integration technical requirements.
