How to connect the PrivatBank virtual terminal in “Torgsoft 2.0”?

Accept contactless payments from customers using your smartphone with the Torgsoft mobile app and PrivatBank’s “Terminal” app.

In the “Torgsoft 2.0” mobile app, you can set up integration with PrivatBank’s “Terminal” to accept contactless payments by the customer’s card or phone and record the payment in your accounts.

To use the service, you need a compatible smartphone with NFC, internet access, and PrivatBank acquiring enabled. Check the bank’s requirements for iOS or Android. For iPhone, the bank specifies an XS model or newer and a supported iOS version. For Android, it requires version 8.0 or newer, NFC, GPS, and compliance with security requirements.

Connection instructions:

1️⃣ Install PrivatBank’s standalone “Terminal” app for your operating system: from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. Sign in and register your business location according to the bank’s instructions.
2️⃣ Install “Torgsoft 2.0”, purchase and activate the license for the “Torgsoft mobile app” add-on, and configure access to your accounting database using the Torgsoft instructions.
3️⃣ Purchase and activate the “Bank terminal connection” add-on.
4️⃣ In your “Terminal” account, open “Integration” and create an integration key.
5️⃣ In “Torgsoft 2.0”, open your user profile → “Settings” → “Terminal "PrivatBank"” and paste the key you created. The path to this section is shown in the Torgsoft help.
6️⃣ In the sale and return settings, select the PrivatBank terminal from the list and click “Apply”.
7️⃣ Once configured, the sale or return payment form will show the “Use connection to bank terminal” switch. It is enabled by default.

PrivatBank integration supports iOS and Android, provided the smartphone meets the bank’s requirements.

If your sales require fiscalization, connect and configure a software cash register (PRRO) separately. To issue fiscal receipts in Torgsoft, you need the “Software RRO connection” option. The product receipt and fiscal receipt settings are described in the mobile app settings.
