The “Товар, заборонений до замовлення у постачальника” mode (Item prohibited from being ordered from a supplier) shows items that should not be included in orders from a specific supplier. The restriction applies only to the selected item–supplier pair: you can still order the item from another supplier.

How to prevent an order

  1. Open “Склад” → “Стан складу” (Warehouse → Stock status) and select an item.
  2. Click “Ознака необхідності замовлення товару” → “Заборонити до замовлення у постачальника” (Order requirement indicator → Prohibit ordering from supplier).
  3. Select a supplier. If needed, add a comment explaining the restriction, then click “Заборонити” (Prohibit).

The item will then be unavailable in the order form for that supplier. This helps prevent it from being added to a purchase by mistake.

How to review or remove a restriction

Open “Товарознавство” → “Товар, заборонений до замовлення у постачальника” (Product management → Item prohibited from being ordered from a supplier). The list shows the item name, supplier, and who set the restriction and when. You can filter entries by date range and business partner, or find one using quick search. The comment for the selected entry appears below the table.

The “Змінити” (Edit) button lets you change the comment. To allow orders for the item from this supplier again, select the entry and click “Видалити” (Delete). For details, see the Torgsoft help center.
