Antivirus deleted torgsoft.exe or blocked the license service
The problem occurs when antivirus software mistakenly considers Torgsoft files suspicious and deletes or blocks them. As a result, the program does not start or loses connection to the license.

Why antivirus software blocks Torgsoft

Antivirus programs that most often cause this situation include Avast, AVG, 360 Total Security, Windows Defender, Kaspersky, ESET, and others.
How to restore Torgsoft operation
1. Restore the program files

Open the antivirus quarantine.

Find the files:

torgsoft.exe
-
TorgsoftLicenceService.exe

Choose the action «Restore» and allow in the future.
2. If the file was permanently deleted

copy torgsoft.exe from another workstation with the same Torgsoft version,
-
or contact technical support to obtain the executable file of the appropriate version.
3. Restore the license service
-
check whether the TorgsoftLicenceService service is present in the list of Windows services,
-
if the service is missing or stopped — reinstall it or start it again according to the Torgsoft instructions.
4. Add Torgsoft to antivirus exclusions
Be sure to add:

the entire program folder (by default C:\TORGSOFT\),
-
the executable files:
-
torgsoft.exe
-
TorgsoftLicenceService.exe
-
TorgSoftService.exe
5. Check the firewall
-
make sure that port 6001 (application server) is not blocked,
-
check the availability of the ports used by SQL Server.
How to check the result

the program starts without errors,
-
the license is detected correctly,
-
the license service has the status «Running»,
-
a repeated antivirus scan does not delete the files.
How to avoid repetition
-
always add the Torgsoft folder to exclusions immediately after installation,
-
use the current stable version of Torgsoft,
-
disable automatic Windows sleep mode on the PC where the services are running,
-
periodically check the condition of the disk (HDD/SSD) if file read errors appear.
