The language of the interface in Torgsoft is broken: how to change it to Ukrainian
If the interface language in Torgsoft suddenly changed, this is usually the result of an emergency computer shutdown, a power outage, or a voltage surge. Due to improper shutdown, the system settings file AdminServer.ini may be cleared or damaged. This is also often the reason why receipts stop printing.
An interface language failure is often related to the program’s service configuration files, so deeper actions must be performed with great care. Editing AdminServer.ini, AdminServer.bak, or replacing Win.dat without a correct working configuration may cause new startup, printing, or licensing errors. If simple language switching and restarting the program did not help, it is safer to entrust the recovery of these files to technical support or a system administrator. This is especially important if the problem appeared after an emergency power outage.
Here is what you can do to restore the Ukrainian interface language:
Method 1. Switching the language in the program itself

First, try changing the language in the standard way. Sometimes configuration files remain intact, and it is enough to simply switch the language to Ukrainian directly through the top menu of the program and restart it.
Method 2. Editing configuration files (main solution)
If simple switching does not help or the settings are not saved, the problem must be resolved at the level of the database system files:

You need to find the AdminServer.ini and AdminServer.bak files in the directory where Torgsoft is installed.

These files must be filled with correct data or fixed, as they may have become empty due to the failure.

After making changes and saving the file, be sure to restart Torgsoft. If you have several computers on the network, it is recommended to restart the program on all workstations.
Method 3. Replacing the Win.dat file (if there are related errors)
A language failure is often accompanied by errors such as «Failed to load the list of activated functions» or a Win.dat file reading error. In this case, in addition to fixing AdminServer.ini, you also need to replace the damaged Win.dat file in the program folder.
