If printing does not reach the printer after changing the USB port or network address, first run the device self-test. Then check whether Windows detects it, which port is selected in the driver, and whether you can print a test page. For a network printer, compare the device's IP address with the TCP/IP port address on the computer.
Port, driver, and Torgsoft settings
After checking system printing, select the correct printer in Torgsoft receipt or label settings and print a sample document. The video also covers USB power saving, the print queue, and working through a remote desktop. Check the settings in sequence to determine at which stage the document stops reaching the device.
