To work with the software PRRO in Torgsoft, you need an activated option, a configured business, a registered PRRO, and a cashier key. The video shows where to select a business unit, link the cash register to a workstation, and set the available payment methods. Parameters depend on your sales setup and registration data.
What to check before the first shift
After setup, check the receipt template, that the business and cashier match, and that the shift opens on the required PRRO. Perform a test transaction in accordance with your working procedures and check the document's fiscal status. For registration and tax settings, use the current help materials and data from the electronic cabinet, as the interface and forms change.
