Torgsoft calculates the cost of goods automatically, but after changing documents for a past period, a manual recalculation may be needed. The video shows how to run it for selected items or for the entire list in “Warehouse Status.” Before starting, check the period and the documents whose data needs to be included.
Manual recalculation in reports and at the warehouse
To analyze a different period, you can recalculate from the relevant analysis form. After it finishes, check the cost of goods and the figures in the report you reviewed. In a local network, it is sufficient to run the recalculation of shared database data from one workstation.
