This video is from 2013. The program’s design has changed considerably, and it now has more features. However, many modes work on the same or very similar principles. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available exclusively in Ukrainian.
Account and role
Create a separate user account with a login, password and the required accounting center for each employee who signs in to Torgsoft. Assign a role based on the employee’s duties. A role enables or disables groups of commands and forms; user settings specify which warehouses and cash registers they can access. For a salesperson, check that unnecessary actions involving purchase prices, editing reference data and viewing financial figures are not available.
Price and work monitoring
You can configure minimum sale price control in the user profile and access to the required forms at the role level. After making changes, test with that user: make a sale at an allowed price, try selecting another accounting center, and attempt to view restricted information. If you track working hours, configure that separately from access rights. The 2013 video is useful for understanding the principle, but setting names and locations may have changed.
