This video is from 2019. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has more features. However, the way many modes work remains the same or very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been available exclusively in Ukrainian.
Preparing the file
In Excel, each row should describe one product. It is best to put the name, SKU, barcode, quantity, and price in separate columns. Remove merged cells, summary rows, and unnecessary administrative fields. Before a bulk upload, make a copy of the file and test a few items to check how text codes and leading zeros in SKUs are preserved.
Matching and checking
In the import wizard, select the file and sheet, then match the Excel columns to Torgsoft fields. Check whether the program finds existing product records and how it creates new ones. The import prepares a goods receipt note: before posting it, check the products, quantities, prices, and accounting center. The 2019 video shows an earlier interface, so refer to the current instructions for exact command names.
