Products and documents
The webinar demonstrates several separate changes: limiting orders from a supplier, hiding a product during stocktaking, and working with an invoice in another currency. For each process, check employee permissions, source documents and the resulting stock levels. Do not transfer settings from the old interface without checking them against the current version.
Bonuses and assortment
The video also covers bonus validity periods, gift certificates and managing the assortment of models. These are separate modes with their own rules. Before changing the bonus program, check customer data and the bonus transaction report; before updating the assortment, verify the products and their attributes.
