Job Positions for Payroll

01.07.2016 00:00

This video is from 2016. The program’s design has changed significantly, and it has more features. However, the way many modes work has stayed the same or is very similar. We are updating the knowledge base and video lessons. Since 2022, videos have been in Ukrainian only.

Job position and employee

In the payroll settings, create employees and job positions that match their work. Link each position to a retail location and specify how to track time: by schedule, actual attendance, or other available rules. Conditions may differ for a merchandiser and a salesperson, so check the pay calculations before copying them.

Checking the conditions

Set the rate, bonus, and any required additional payments separately for each position. After assigning an employee, run a test shift and check the payslip: the time and sales must be attributed to that employee’s position. The video shows the sequence for creating roles; names of older interface elements may differ.
