Unified catalog and inventory
Prepare product records, photos, specifications, prices, and stock levels in the accounting database, and send only the selected assortment to the website. After a sale or stock transfer, check whether availability has been updated in the online storefront. For different warehouses, set a clear rule for which accounting center provides the stock level.
Processing an order
An order from the website arrives in Torgsoft as a document for the manager to process. Check the customer, products, price, payment and delivery methods, then reserve the items and prepare the shipment. The 2018 video shows the earlier interface and feature set from that time; check the current exchange settings and employee permissions in the current documentation.
