From Order to Invoice
Orders from an online store or marketplace arrive in the “Замовлення віддаленого клієнта” mode. Check the customer, the items, and the delivery and payment methods. Then create an invoice; reserve items if needed so they are not sold through another channel. You can conveniently record the customer’s contact details and delivery address alongside the order documents.
Payment and Shipping
Record prepayment against the invoice, and document the actual shipment with a sales invoice. For cash on delivery and payment to a bank account, reconcile incoming funds with the sales document. After processing, check the order status and stock levels so that the online store data matches the actual movement of goods. The video retains its step-by-step timecodes.
