Products and stock intake
Start with product types and the characteristics a salesperson will use to find an item. In the incoming invoice, select the supplier and inventory center, then add the products, quantities, and purchase prices. For products with sizes, check the model and each size. After receiving the goods into stock, check the inventory balances and how they are distributed among stores.
Sales, printing, and summaries
Set prices, prepare a label template, and test printing on the actual label stock. The scanner should find the correct product card before the shift starts. Make a test sale and check how it appears in the cash register and inventory balances. Process returns using the appropriate mode, and at the end of the day reconcile the revenue and sales report. The 2015 webinar shows equipment and an interface from the version available at that time.
