How to print a supplier order with current balances
How can I print the "Goods Order" form so that the current stock balance is displayed in it immediately (so I do not have to enter it manually)?

So that when printing the "Goods Order" form, the current stock balance in the warehouse is displayed in it automatically right away and you do not have to enter it manually, in the Torgsoft software this can be done in the following way.
It is worth noting that similar requests for automating this line do indeed come from users to save time, and they are recorded as management tasks for further improvement. However, even now you can solve this task by using data export.
Using the "Create Supplier Order" form and exporting to Excel
If you create an order for a supplier through the Document — Create Supplier Order mode, the software already automatically calculates all the required indicators on the screen.
The order creation table displays the following columns:

Initial — how many units of the product were in stock at the beginning of the period.

Sold — how much of the product was sold.

Remaining — how much of the product actually remains in stock at the end of the period.

To Order — the calculated difference between the minimum stock level and the current stock balance.
You can export the completed order table directly to Excel. To do this, on the form click File -> Save table to Excel (or the corresponding export button on the toolbar). In the resulting Excel file, there will already be a "Remaining" column, and you will be able to instantly print this document as a ready-made order form where all stock balances are filled in automatically.
