Software RRO setup errors: code 400, 401, CA key issues
10.01.2022 03:26Errors in the accounting system cannot be ignored. Most often, they are a clue that something is configured incorrectly. Since information systems are constantly changing, and interaction with a third-party software product, such as the software RRO from the fiscal service, is in a state of permanent development and improvement, error indications are unavoidable.
We have collected the most common errors that occur when configuring and interacting with the software RRO with the fiscal service server.
Software RRO modules initialization error.
[.\EUSignCP.dll] file not found
✔️ During the setup of the software RRO, several important steps were missed. To fix this, follow the 5 steps in the instructions, without skipping any.
An error occurred while transmitting the CA request via HTTP protocol
✔️ Update the program to version 2022.0.4 505 DB – this helps in 99% of cases.
Otherwise – the address of the certification center is specified incorrectly. Try clicking the button on the right.

After entering the key and password, click the button highlighted in red, and the information is pulled automatically (only on the latest versions of Torgsoft).
Perhaps there is some blocking by the firewall or antivirus, but this happens very rarely.

Error code: 7 CheckLocalNumberInvalid
Incorrect local document number
✔️ Select a specific RRO on the Settings → Software RRO form and click the hash button # — the correct receipt number will be pulled from the tax office. After that, you can continue working with the PRRO.

Error code: 9 DocumentValidationError
XML validation error
✔️ This problem occurs when the user fills in the data manually on the «Software RRO» editing form, rather than pulling it automatically from the tax office.
To fill in the information about the PRRO automatically:
- Specify the key and enter the password in the «Software RRO» form.
- Click the «Search ACA» button.
- Click the «Select business unit» button.
Torgsoft will make a request to the tax server and show the available PRROs of the entrepreneur. Choose the required PRRO and all fields will be filled in Torgsoft.

Error code: 9 DocumentValidationError
Incorrect value of the XML element '/CHECK/CHECKHEAD/IPN'. The specified VAT payer number '123123123' differs from the number according to the registration data '
✔️ Delete the optional value in the TIN field in the software RRO settings.
Error loading key certificates
✔️ You need to get a new certificate and create a cashier for the new certificate.
Server error: 401.
Error code: 2 OperatorAccessToTransactionsRegistrarNotGranted
No access to PRRO with fiscal number 1231231231 for user Seal No. 1 for RRO FOP Bondarenko Stanislav Stanislavovych, subject key identifier 82343424545ffdsgshtyey45678uyu787ufhjmd20
✔️ During the registration of the PRRO in the tax office, the key identifier was specified incorrectly.
This means that this employee, whose key is selected in the PRRO settings, is not a cashier or senior cashier.
You need to register the cashier in the tax office by filling out the appropriate form. When registering, specify the subject key identifier contained in the error text. It can be copied from the error form using the Ctrl+C combination.
