Model and sizes
Create a size range that matches your assortment, then add the product model. When receiving goods, enter the quantity for each size and check that the barcode and label point to the correct item. Do not combine different sizes into one stock balance: sales staff need to know the exact availability of each variant. After receiving the goods, check the stock by size at each accounting center.
Sales and replenishment
Before a sale, check the required size and its availability at your store or another store. To transfer goods between stores, record a transfer so stock balances stay accurate. Analyzing sales by size helps identify which variants need replenishment. The 2015 video shows the former assortment management screens; check the current manual for up-to-date commands for size-based products.
