If you print price tags on a standard office printer, you don’t need to print each small batch separately. In Товарознавство → Буфер друку етикеток (Product Management → Label Print Buffer), you can combine prepared labels, check their quantities, and print them together on A4 or A5 sheets.

When to use the buffer

The buffer is useful after receiving goods, changing prices, or preparing new price tags. You can add labels from forms that offer printing, including stock status, a goods receipt, or a price revaluation act. This brings items from different operations together in one list before printing.

How to prepare labels

  1. In the relevant form, select the items and open label printing.
  2. Click «В буфер» (To buffer). After adding the items, open Товарознавство → Буфер друку етикеток (Product Management → Label Print Buffer).
  3. Review the list. If needed, filter items by accounting center and change the label quantity for an individual item or a group of items.
  4. Choose to print selected labels or all labels. For A4/A5 sheets, use the print option based on the number of labels per sheet: enter the number that matches the configured print template.
  5. Check the sheets after printing. The program may offer to remove printed labels from the buffer; don’t clear it if you need to print them again.

The number of labels per sheet must match the selected template. Otherwise, the price tags may not align with the adhesive paper layout. For detailed command names and settings, see the label print buffer instructions.
