Printing Tags and Labels in Torgsoft

In Torgsoft, you can print tags from товарознавство (product records), warehouse stock, or a goods receipt. Before printing, select the products and check the label quantity: one per product, based on stock, or based on the quantity in the receipt.

Print from the «Товарознавство» menu

1. Open «Товарознавство» → «Друк бирок». Find products using the filter and select the rows you need.
2. Check the table’s product name, barcode, price, item number, stock quantity, and «Кількість для друку» column.
3. To print sets only, enable «Тільки комплекти».
4. To print according to stock, click «Друк бирок в кількості на складі». To set a custom quantity, first enter it with «Встановити кількість обраного товару», then click «Друк бирок в заданій кількості».

You can apply a quantity to several selected products at once. To start selection over, reset the «Кількість для друку» column to zero. Set up the tag template with «Налаштувати форму друку бирок».

Other ways to print

In «Склад» → «Стан складу», select products in stock and choose to print one per product or according to stock. In «Документ» → «Прихід товару», print labels for products on a goods receipt: one per product, based on the received quantity, or in a custom quantity. Use «Буфер друку етикеток» to prepare several labels on one sheet.
